(2) There is a positive effect of spiritual intelligence work toward the Islamic Work Ethic (p-value 0.023 < 0.05). Study results show that: (1) there is a positive effect of emotional intelligence toward Islamic Work Ethic on employees (p-value 0.036 < 0.05). Data analysis was performed with multiple regression analysis. Test of validity of the instrument was performed using the Pearson product moment correlation, while the reliability test using Cronbach Alpha. Data were collected using a questionnaire with Likert scale. All of the population became research samples.
